Reasonable, every job
§ 01 — What we do
No oil changes, no tire rotations, no upselling you a thousand-dollar repair you don't need. We're a muffler shop. We diagnose the rattle, find the leak, weld the pipe, fit the muffler, and hand the keys back.
Rattles at idle. Drone at 100 km/h. A pipe sitting too close to the engine block waiting to start a fire. We put it on the hoist, find the actual problem, and fix it — usually with a clean weld and a custom-bent pipe rather than a thousand-dollar replacement.
Pinhole leak? Cracked seam? On the lift, torch out, sealed clean. Reasonable price. In and out the same morning.
Vehicle goes up. We look. We tell you what's wrong, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing — before any tool is picked up.
Cat-back, axle-back, mid-pipes, resonators, polished tips. Stock or aftermarket. Bring the part — or have us source it.
Broken flex joint, snapped hanger, dragging midpipe. Cut, sleeve, weld. Drives quiet again. Fair labour rate.
Job's not exhaust? We'll point you to a shop that actually does it well. We'd rather send you next door than pretend.
§ 02 — Who's running it
No service writer, no manager-on-duty, no chain-shop checklist. You walk in, you talk to the man holding the torch. He tells you what it'll take. He gets it done. That's the whole pitch.

I was referred to Markham Muffler by my mechanic. I was getting a loud rattling with my VW while idling, at 60km/h and 100km/h. When I arrived, he quickly put my vehicle on the hoist and diagnosed the issue. He let me know that the previous work that was done had put the exhaust too close to the engine block and was causing the rattle. He pointed out that there could've been a fire. He quickly custom fitted the solution and the rattle was fixed. His charge for the work was more than reasonable.
Today I went to stop a small leak. They very efficiently detected the problem, and fixed it with welding, and stopped the leak. Very reasonable price. And good and friendly service.
I have since gone back to him and he is always very willing to help and diagnoses the issue quickly and proposes cost effective solutions. He pointed me to another shop to do work that he does not do and that shop was also very well run, customer focused.
Quick diagnosis on the hoist, clean weld, fair price. Drove in with a rattle, drove out without one — same morning.
§ 04 — Visit the shop
Off Warden, south of Eglinton — industrial side street, low building, sign out front. Pull in, park near the bay, walk in. If the door is open, the shop is open.
No appointment system. No online booking. Pick up the phone, tell us the car and the noise, and drive over.
