I was referred to Markham Muffler by my mechanic. I was getting a loud rattling with my VW while idling, at 60km/h and 100km/h. When I arrived, he quickly put my vehicle on the hoist and diagnosed the issue. He let me know that the previous work that was done had put the exhaust too close to the engine block and was causing the rattle. He pointed out that there could've been a fire. He quickly custom fitted the solution and the rattle was fixed. His charge for the work was more than reasonable. I have since gone back to him and he is always very willing to help and diagnoses the issue quickly and proposes cost effective solutions.
